Registration and Prize Draw Terms

Prize draw

• Entry is free and open to anyone who registers at the event. You must be 18 or over to enter.
• One entry per person.
• To enter, complete the registration form at the World Vets MX stand.
• One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries after registration closes on 30/07/2026.
• The prize is £100 cash.
• The winner will be contacted using the details they gave, within 14 days of the draw. If we cannot reach the winner within 14 days, we may draw another.
• The promoter is JRD Productions Ltd.

Your details and privacy

• We collect your name, email and phone number so we can register you for the event and enter you into the prize draw.
• We may also use your email to tell you about future World Vets MX events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• We store your details securely. We do not sell them or pass them to unrelated third parties.
• Your information is held by JRD Productions Ltd, who is responsible for it.
• You can ask to see or delete your details at any time by emailing us. You can withdraw your consent at any point.
